Antecedent Organizational Citizenship Behavior Model: a Literature Review

چکیده

Employee contributions that exceed their job descriptions or the demands of roles in company are part organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Once importance OCB achieving goals makes us interested research with aim providing recommendations for antecedent models and solutions to these at PT. Sejahtera Usaha Bersama (PT. SUB). This study uses a literature review method. Where results this SUB, namely communication, servant leadership, commitment, motivation, employee age, culture, it is hoped antecedents can strengthen dimensions, altruism, courtesy, sportsmanship, civic virtue conscientiousness. And there 6 we offer SUB.
